Woke up to a lovely view of the garden pool. The friendly staff made every day special, and the location was simply unbeatable, just steps from the beach.

The great and the meh

The location is fantastic, just steps from both the beach and the vibrant Fifth Avenue. The staff is friendly and breakfast offers a refreshing start with fruit and granola.

Rooms can be small and lack soundproofing, as noise from nearby clubs can be disruptive at night. Breakfast could also use more variety for those seeking a heartier meal.

We stayed in a cozy room with AC and enjoyed the free beach towel service. The staff was incredibly friendly and recommended awesome local tacos at Fogon Taco that truly made our getaway special and authentic.

In my wife’s opinion, a small pool would enhance family fun.

Spotless with a Perfect Location!

My friend and I had an awesome time here! The room was super clean, loved the cute towel art. Breakfast was delish—those fresh croissants and juice were the best! The beach was so close, and the staff were super friendly. The only bummer was that I found it tricky as a vegetarian to find enough options in town.

i recently enjoyed a date night at this charming hotel and it exceeded my expectations from previous stays in playa del carmen. the queen room pool view was spacious, clean, and provided a serene ambiance. the staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

I really enjoyed my stay, with a very helpful staff always ready to assist. The pool area is beautifully set up, and the location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach. The breakfast provided was simple yet sufficient, with fresh pastries that I appreciated. However, the noise from the nearby street can be disruptive at times.

labnah is a fantastic place! the ocean view room was spotless and the in-room safe really made things easy. the location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach and right near 5th avenue. the staff, especially jose and sylvia, were always friendly and helpful. the continental breakfast was simple but good enough to keep us going until lunch.

Noise can be an issue, particularly if you're a light sleeper wanting to keep the windows open. Towels felt a bit rough, which might not suit everyone’s preference, and if you're keen for seconds at breakfast, be prepared to pay extra.
